If you want, click the "open terminal here" button at the top left of the main window. 1. Update the file /boot/app.ini. The file is created when doxyS is run the first time. Read the instructions on the file for the current running version of doxyS. 2. Execute the executable. DoxyS will open a terminal in the root folder. You can run a program from that terminal. 3. Run the program. To start the program, simply enter./doxyS in the terminal. The program will run and ask you questions about the running version of doxyS. If you are not on the same version of doxyS, you will be shown an updated list of app.ini files. You must specify a valid app.ini file. The program will also ask you for the program to execute. This is the program that you want to document. 4. End program. When doxyS is finished, simply close the terminal window.
